Colorado Gives Day is here! Please consider a gift to the Boulder Cello Project during this season of giving and donate to the Boulder Cello Project. This is our first year participating in this event and we want to make it count!
Community First Foundation and FirstBank present Colorado Gives Day in early December of each year to remind us to donate to your favorite non-profits via ColoradoGives.org. Your donation will also be increased by the FirstBank Incentive Fund for other Colorado non-profits.
Colorado Gives Day will be a big event for many organizations, but especially important for us!
Currently, our moderators and music director volunteer all their time to the project because they share their love and passion of music and cello with us. However, as many of you know, we are in search for a new Music Director, which has been especially difficult since we currently do not have the budget to provide compensation for a new qualified Music Director, or for our dedicated moderators. We are asking for your help in helping us support our hardworking local cello teachers who so generously provide their services to our project.
Your donation will also help us create programs like our concert collaboration with Chase the Music, a non-profit organization formed to facilitate the composition, performance and distribution of original music for critically ill children. Your donation will help to support performances for local retirement communities during the holiday season. Check out our two upcoming performances here!
How to donate?
Due to our sponsorship with the Boulder County Arts Alliance, your donation is 100% tax deductible and will be directed to support our organization; and, your donation will be increased by the FirstBank Incentive Fund!
